Southside High School would like to recognize the students who earned their ServSafe Certification. Those students are Danyelle Jedlicka, Naya Moore, Emily Sheppard, Katraya Spencer, Amanda Stowe, Jennifer Taylor, Shane Taylor, Nicolene Wardrip, and Derek Watts.
ServSafe is a food safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. A ServSafe certificate is a basic credential required by many restaurants for their staff. It is accredited by the American National Standards Institute Conference for Food Protection, and it is recognized by more jurisdictions than any other manager food safety program.
Each student earned his or her ServSafe Certification as part of the Career and Technical Education Foods II course at Southside High School under teacher Beth Bennett.
